About Me

Since 2000 I have worked as an Interim manager leading IT and Information Management teams through their change programmes, most often where cost efficiencies or new technology are providing the motive for change.

I focus on reducing costs, initiating ideas, securing stakeholder buy-in, developing new ways of working and hands-on management of the service transformation.

My clients are in a range of sectors including Legal, Social Housing, Charity, Local and Central Government.

Recent assignments include:

* information management consulting,
* leading change programmes,
* turnaround of public sector service teams,
* directing business process change and
* managing software development projects.

The real success stories have been leading staff through complex change in mature organisations, particularly when technology opportunities point towards reducing costs or improving service delivery.

Success is based on delivering more than an off the shelf service. A proven ability to consult and then to successfully implement the strategy that emerges.

I can create, develop and then help you to deliver and manage change.
